I'm an aspiring author — and TelosWriters started as the thing I wished existed while I was writing my own first manuscript.
Somewhere in the middle of writing that first book, I hit a wall that had nothing to do with the story itself. I knew how to write. What I didn't know was what came next — and there was no single place that laid it out clearly.
Did I self-publish, or try to land a traditional publisher? What did each path actually require? What order did the steps even go in? Every answer I found came from a different place — a forum thread here, a 40-minute YouTube video there, a dozen browser tabs of half-relevant blog posts. Piecing it together myself took far longer than it should have, and more than once, it made the whole process feel more intimidating than it needed to be.
I didn't need more information. I needed one clear, trustworthy place that could walk me through it.
That's the gap TelosWriters is built to close. Whether you're just starting chapter one or you've already written "The End," the goal is the same: give you a straight, guided path forward — through proofreading, through the self-publishing checklist, or through finding and reaching out to the right traditional publishers — without the scattered searching I went through.
I'm building this as both the founder and a writer walking the same path as you. My own manuscript is part of that journey, and I'm using it to test and shape TelosWriters as I go — so the platform is built from real experience, not just theory.
